The Princess of Wales looked as fresh, fabulous, and fashionable as ever on Friday morning as she arrived at the Royal Marsden Hospital in London.

Kate returned to the place where she received treatment and learned first-hand how funds raised through her National Three Peaks Challenge and ongoing support will transform holistic care for cancer patients across the UK.

Kate chose a stunning dress by Suzannah London

The mother-of-three chose a trending colour for autumn - apple-green - in the form of a chic dress by Suzannah London. The beautiful design featured short sleeves, a subtle portrait neckline, button-down detailing, and an elegant front split.

The royal's dress is known as the 'Flippy Wiggle' and she has worn it once before

She paired the style, which is named the 'Flippy Wiggle', with a pair of black slingback heels, and wore her famous mane loose, flowing with undone curls.

The dress has a price tag of £2,790 and is made with pure Italian silk crepe. The dress has a 1940s silhouette, according to the brand's website, which states: "A reinterpretation from our own vintage archive, with our original inspiration deriving from a late 1940s Wiggle Dress, which we have re-cut to have it skim over the bodice with a fluid, gentle soft movement throughout the skirt, from the hips to the hemline." The dress is contoured around the waist and also features a series of delicate pin-tucks.

The royal had worn the dress once before, back in 2023, on a visit to the home of the charity Anna Freud, marking Mental Health Awareness Week that year. At the time, she added cream and black heels by Alessandra Rich. The timeless pumps exuded Chanel elegance and boasted simple strap features.

Kate also has the same Suzannah London dress, but in white

Kate last wore the same 'Flippy Wiggle' style in white in July, on a visit to the Evelina London Children's Hospital.

The royal first donned it in 2019, and it has become one of her most reached-for styles. She has stepped out in the style an impressive five times - at the hospital, Wimbledon, a baby bank, a memorial service, and a fun pub engagement.

Kate's choice to rewear the dress so many times publicly shows her strong sustainability stance when it comes to her wardrobe. Jen Graham, a charity shopper who has presented second-hand fashion segments on This Morning, agrees. "When even the royals rewear, relove, and reshare, it sends the strongest message that sustainability is the future of fashion," she told HELLO!.
