Prince Louis lit up our Instagram feeds on Halloween! The Prince and Princess of Wales delighted fans on Saturday morning as they shared a never-before-seen throwback photo of the young royal when he was just one year old.
Louis' trademark, much-loved cheeky grin was on show as he delightedly tried to pick up a pumpkin. The candid picture was taken by his mother Catherine in Norfolk. "Happy Halloween! [Pumpkin emoji]. Prince Louis, aged 1, photographed by The Princess of Wales," read the caption accompanying the picture on the couple's official social media channels.
Even though the tot was wearing simple navy-blue waterproofs, he still looked charmingly stylish. Catherine had dressed him in a navy blue ensemble, which appears to consist of waterproof trousers and a JoJo Maman Bébé jacket with a striped lining at the hood.
It looks very similar to a style that the website once sold, which went down to just £18 in the sale. Another reason it could be the famed childrenswear brand is the fact that the royal has dressed her children in the brand before.
Back in 2020, the then-Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared a clip of the royal children taking part in a Clap For Our Carers video amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Princess Charlotte, then four, donned a Breton top which cost just £12 from the store.

The royal memorably chose an eggshell JoJo Maman Bébé maternity coat that she first wore in 2015, while expecting Princess Charlotte.

Prince Louis has been a longtime wearer of high street clothes. In April, he celebrated his eighth birthday and, true to form, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared a new photo to mark his special day.
Posing with his arms crossed in front of the sea, the always cheerful royal appeared effortlessly smart in a blue quarter-zip jumper from Boden. Costing £42, the knitted design featured a white collar and red trim on the sleeves, which he had rolled up for the snap. It quickly sold out after the royal stepped out in it.
