The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's daughter, Princess Lilibet, is the apple of her parents' eyes. The five-year-old, who has inherited her dad Prince Harry's red hair, always appears happy in Meghan's Instagram posts.
Although she hasn't shared her daughter's face, we often get glimpses of her wardrobe, and it's clear that the young royal has a subtle flair for fashion, dressing for her age.
Whereas her cousin, Princess Charlotte, who is third in line to the throne, is often seen publicly in more tailored, formal pieces, Lilibet is more accustomed to casual pieces as she doesn't perform royal duties such as Trooping the Colour and Christmas walkabouts at Sandringham.
Lilibet's wonderful wardrobe
Earlier this month, whilst making jam with her mother, the young royal wore the most adorable T-shirt. The casual style had Lilibet's girly stamp of approval, featuring floral bouquets embroidered over the pink fabric.
With her tumbling red hair, Prince Archie's younger sister looked just like an adorable little pixie.
At the start of September, Meghan shared a birthday video for Harry, marking his 42nd birthday. In one scene, little Lilibet sat on the back of a quad bike next to her dad and brother in a polka-dot top and a pair of denim jeans, alongside brown suede boots.
In Meghan's first post after returning to the UK, the family was captured enjoying their new country life. Lilibet looked lovely as she was filmed determinedly riding her bike, rocking a pair of Wellington boots and a cute scrunchie and headband.
At Easter, for a hunt in the family's Montecito home, little Lilibet donned a lovely £39 dress for the occasion. The redheaded royal wore a charming pink dress known as the 'Good Night Ditsy Floral Nightgown' from US luxury childrenswear brand Janie and Jack. Alongside her sibling, she added playful bunny ears as her long red hair flowed behind her.
Lilibet's wardrobe - a stylist's take
"While I love the smart and traditional pieces worn by most of the younger royals, I actually find it really refreshing to see little Lilibet in her relaxed and 'normal'-looking sundresses, stretchy leggings and playful accessories," Fashion Stylist Matilda Stanley tells HELLO!.
"My four-year-old is hugely stubborn and insists on choosing her own outfit each day, and although her mix of prints, over-layering and random blend of sequins with welly boots can often be more than a little eclectic, she always picks pieces that make her happy and that will be easy to run around and play in - and I let her do her thing, as comfort really is key when they are small," she noted.
"Lilibet’s wardrobe looks ideal for busy days while still being very stylish, and it’s lovely to see such a high-profile family dressing like the rest of us," Matilda added.
How do I dress my daughter like Princess Lilibet?
"Kiddies grow up so fast," Matilda mused. "When I’m stocking up on new clothes for them, I will opt for comfortable pieces that will look and feel great to wear without breaking the bank. M&S is great for knits and sweatshirts, Next is always my go-to for dresses and shoes, and H&M is perfect for stocking up on multi-packs and basics."
