Katie Piper talks body confidence with HELLO!

HELLO!'s Lucy Norris also caught up with Loose Women star Katie Piper, who spoke about the importance of feeling confident in yourself.

"Comparison is the fastest way to disconnect with yourself, and it's really important that you don't look around and try to be like somebody else," she said.

"I've always thought that the ultimate body positivity is actually feeling neutral about your appearance…the neutrality of it doesn't define you."

She added: "I always say about myself, 'I'm not beautiful like her, I'm beautiful like me."

Meet tonight's host: Greg Davies

Tonight's hosting duties are in the safe hands of comedian and actor Greg Davies, who's best known for hosting Taskmaster and featuring on Channel 4's The Inbetweeners

The presenter is following in the footsteps of Graham Norton, Lenny Henry and Michael Parkinson and revealed that the gig was too good to pass up. Speaking to The Times, Greg said: "It's one of those things you can't say no to.

"I used to watch Stephen Fry at the (film) Baftas and marvel at his cool, intellectual charm. I won’t be bringing that."

Back in February, the film BAFTAs were hosted by Alan Cumming, who navigated an incident when Tourette's campaigner John Davidson was heard shouting a racial slur at Michael B Jordan and Delroy Lindo as they were presenting.

When asked about the incident, Greg said: "I don't know what happened there but I'm sure they've got it in hand so that everybody has a nice time.

"I don't anticipate there’ll be any surprises but if there are, we'll be fine, we'll roll with it."

Ashley James on the red carpet

Speaking to HELLO!'s Lucy Norris exclusively on the red carpet, This Morning's Ashley James reflected on navigating diet culture and the pressures around Ozempic.

"I think the advice is to know that you don't need to shrink yourself. It doesn't make you more lovable or more confident. Your worth isn't defined by your body," she said.
