Tracee Ellis Ross, 50, has frequently been candid about aging and maintaining her physique as the years go on, opening up about it further in her latest video.
The actress posted a video from the pool on Sunday while partaking in her favorite activities – dunking her head in and performing all kinds of aerobics.
"We know what time it is," she teased at the start of her clip, looking absolutely stunning in a floral-print string bikini with a chest cut-out. "It's time for the first dip!"
She proceeded to then style her hair and spin in her jaw-dropping infinity pool, muttering an "ouch" before launching into a discussion about aging and the toll it takes on her body.

"I just want you to know, I just bent my knee. Just bent it, and it hurt," Tracee said. "It was like 'ouch', which is exactly what happens when I wake up in the morning now."
She continued: "I wake up, at 50, hot as ever. And it's as if someone beat me up while I was sleeping. And then I have to stretch, who knew that was actually going to be real? It's real, guys."
Tracee's candid poolside video received loads of praise
After her candid speech, she wet her hair with a cold dip, following it up with a series of hops and a handstand as she complained of water getting in her ears, making her grand exit after proclaiming: "I have dipped."
The Black-ish star immediately was lavished with praise for being so open about her struggles with keeping fit and for continuing to look incredible with each passing year.
