Mike Tindall delighted fans on Thursday with a surprising update from his latest trip to Japan for the ISPS Handa Championship.
Taking to Instagram, the former rugby union player shared a plethora of photos and video clips documenting his adventures. In his update, Mike posted numerous charming snaps of the perfectly manicured golf course in addition to clips of himself cheering on professional Spanish golfer, Rafael Cabrera-Bello.
Elsewhere, the father-of-three uploaded a joyous selfie alongside a red and white banner display. In the photo, Mike was all smiles in a sporty white baseball cap and a navy polo top emblazoned with the championship logo.
Captioning his post, Mike penned: "Great start to my Japan trip with @ips_handa @rcabrerabello was hitting it incredibly well! Watch this space come Sunday!!"
Fans and friends flocked to the comments section to weigh in on Mike's post, with one writing: "Awesome! Enjoy buddy!!" while a second chimed in: "Yess Mikee," followed by a raised hands emoji.
A third follower remarked: "Send Rafa my best!! Played with him in Luca Vialli's pro am in Turin a few years ago. Great guy!!" and a fourth simply added three clapping hands emojis.
Mike's surprise Japan visit comes after he joined senior members of the royal family at the annual Easter Sunday service in Windsor. The podcast host attended the service with his wife Zara Tindall and their two eldest children, Mia, nine, and four-year-old Lena. Mike and Zara's youngest child, Lucas, two, remained at home.
For the special occasion, Mike donned a smart navy suit and a pair of brown brogues. Zara, meanwhile, looked picture-perfect in a bold fuchsia dress crafted by Jane Atelier. She accessorised with a fabulous neutral hat, pointed heels and a luxe, cream clutch.
