Famous for the exquisite honey-hued architecture and picturesque chocolate-box villages, the Cotswolds are quickly becoming one of the most sought-after places for A-listers to call home.
Its endless array of flagstone-floored pubs complete with inglenook fireplaces sprawling countryside and traditional country pursuits has attracted the likes of Ellen DeGeneres, David and Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell-Horner, and Kate Moss.
But the Golden Triangle now has two new residents, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who made a surprise return to life in the UK last month with their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five.
While the Duke has already made a series of public appearances during his first few weeks back on British soil, the Duchess has kept a rather low profile and spent her time testing out her new local hangout spots. But where exactly has Meghan been unwinding in the Cotswolds?
The Falkland Arms, Great Tew
© Getty ImagesDespite only being official residents of the Cotswolds for a matter of weeks, the Duke and Duchess were quick to welcome friends from the US into their new world and were photographed enjoying a fish and chip lunch at the Falkland Arms in Great Tew.
Meghan and her close friend, Kelly McKee Zajfen, were nestled in a cosy nook of the pub where the former Suits actress cuddled up to Kelly's baby son, Jack, who was born in March.
© InstagramThe Falkland Arms is an ideal place for the Sussexes to socialise with friends, as the watering hole is surrounded by local walks around the celebrity-beloved Great Tew estate and is closely situated to Bleheim Palace, Chipping Norton and Oxford.
Other stars who have enjoyed a pint in the Falkland Arms are British singer James Blunt and Hollywood actor George Clooney, and it has even had a starring role in the Prime series MobLand, by Guy Ritchie, starring Pierce Brosnan, Tom Hardy and Helen Mirren.
The Three Horseshoes, Asthall
The next idyllic pub Meghan has frequented since arriving in the UK is owned by Lady Carol Bamford, the wife of billionaire and JCB owner Lord Anthony Bamford. Lady Carole is also the creator of Daylesford Organic, which is a famous fixture of Cotswolds life best described as a mini conglomerate lifestyle emporium, the brand featuring everything from an aspirational farm shop, spa, multiple restaurants and luxury accommodation. Not a far cry from Meghan's As Ever lifestyle brand.
Meghan was photographed at the Three Horseshoes while catching up with her new neighbour, and former US chat show host Ellen, and her wife, Portia Di Rossi, earlier this week.
The outing was the first time Meghan had been photographed out and about since relocating to the UK.
Much like the Falkland Arms, Meghan is in brilliant company with her choice of local. David Beckham, who, along with his wife, Victoria, owns a sprawling home on the Great Tew Estate, often pops in for a drink.
Soho Farmhouse
While Meghan's trip to the Three Horseshoes marked the first time she was photographed publicly, the Duchess previously enjoyed a trip to Soho Farmhouse within hours of her arrival at Birmingham Airport.
Members of the members-only retreat, Soho Farmhouse, who noticed the Duchess, said she had an early morning coffee and was introduced to senior staff members by name and with "considerable fanfare", Tom Sykes reported in The Guardian.

The city branch of the private members' club, Soho House, has a special place in the Duke and Duchess' hearts as it's where they went on their first date back in 2016.
