Meghan Markle has revealed how she "sets the mood" at home with Prince Harry in her latest post to advertise her As Ever lifestyle brand.
The Duchess of Sussex, 44, and her husband, 41, live in a stunning $29 million mansion in Montecito, California, with their two children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, who celebrates her 5th birthday this week.
Meghan looked impeccably sophisticated in her latest Instagram post, wearing a monochrome ensemble including a white button-up shirt, jeans, and a black fluffy necktie.
Alongside the picture, she shared a couple of her top "hosting notes" including how she "sets the mood at home" by lighting candles before guests arrive.
This is so that the "room already feels warm when everyone walks through the door", she explained.
She added: "Place them at different heights and keep the scent subtle so it blends naturally into the room."
Meghan's lifestyle brand
The latest products to be added to Meghan's lifestyle brand include signature candles and matchboxes.
The candles – including two inspired by the couple's children – can be bought individually for $64. Alternatively, two candles and a box of matches are available for $128.
In March, it was revealed Meghan had cut ties with her financial backer Netflix, revealing that her brand was "ready to stand" on its own.
The streaming giant was previously an investor and partner for her lifestyle brand, coinciding with the release of the Duchess's cooking and lifestyle show, With Love, Meghan.
A spokesperson for the Duchess's company at the same time: "As ever is grateful for Netflix's partnership through launch and our first year. We have experienced meaningful and rapid growth and As ever is now ready to stand on its own. We have an exciting year ahead and can't wait to share more."
Meanwhile, a statement from Netflix said that the split had been "always intended".
Nicknames for Archie and Lilibet
It comes after Meghan revealed Archie and Lilibet's sweet nicknames in a video sharing her family's different jam preferences.
Wearing a white apron in a kitchen, which did not appear to be in the Montecito mansion she shares with Prince Harry, Meghan confessed: "Everyone in my family has a different favourite. My husband loves the raspberry!"
She then said "Lil" – four-year-old Lilibet – likes the strawberry best, while "Arch" – seven-year-old Prince Archie – loves both flavours.
"And I like the marmalade," she said, referring to her orange As Ever marmalade.
The post appeared to be advertising her fruit spread trio, which sells on her website for $36, or $42 in a gift box.
Meghan and Harry, who married in 2018, have lived in the US since stepping down as working members of the royal family in 2020.
Meanwhile, Prince William made a jam confession of his own in recent weeks, revealing that his family often enjoy jam sandwiches as an on-the-go snack, particularly popular with youngest child, Prince Louis, eight.
