Victoria and her boys looking cool on the slopes

Victoria Beckham may not have expert skiing skills, but that didn't stop her making a black run when she took her sons for a day on the piste this week. The former Spice Girl, who accompanied her boys Romeo and Brooklyn on a day-trip to Spain's Baqueira Beret resort, was dressed head-to-toe in black Chanel for the outing.

Never one to put a foot wrong in the fashion stakes, the 31-year-old complemented her ebony look with a matching hairband and oversize shades. Indeed even her skis and ski poles, which both bore the Chanel logo, were coordinated with the rest of her ensemble.

Six-year-old Brooklyn and his little brother Romeo, four, were meanwhile sporting trendy camouflage-print snow suits. The younger boy also followed his mum's example by employing a thick hairband to keep his long blond locks out of his eyes, but he traded the accessory for a bright yellow helmet when the moment came to test out his skills on the slopes.

Many of the other visitors enjoying an afternoon of icy fun couldn't help doing a double-take when the A-list family swooshed into action. Baqueira Beret, which is located in the Pyrenees, is well-accustomed to hosting VIP guests, however. The Spanish Royal Family are regulars at the resort, which is tastefully built in wood and stone instead of concrete. Situated above the old town of Viella at the head of the beautiful Val d'Aran, it offers facilities for all skill levels and new runs are being added all the time.
