Erika Kirk has hit back at claims that she has been romancing Blake Wynn, the nephew of casino mogul Steve Wynn, sharing that her late husband's "love will last me a lifetime".
On May 28, Project Constitution claimed on X that Erika, 37, had been spotted with Blake on May 14, 2026 at "the ultra-exclusive, invite-only Bar 1912 getting very intimate". But in response, Erika has insisted that on May 14, 2026, she was at home celebrating her and Charlie's son's 2nd birthday.
"Every single word here is a lie. Charlie’s love will last me a lifetime. The Lord is the only one who can ever fill that most painful void," wrote Erika on X, adding that Blake was a "dear friend" of Charlie's and remained in a long-term relationship.
"I am grateful for his continued support, just like hundreds of others," Erika said, going on to call the "deranged obsession" with her life "deeply disturbing," adding: "I am praying you get the help you so clearly need."
Blake also took to X to deny the claims.
Charlie, a conservative commentator and right-wing activist, was shot and killed in Utah on Wednesday, September 10, during a public event at Utah Valley University.
The 31-year-old was shot 20 minutes into his speaking engagement at the campus; Tyler Robinson was arrested after he turned himself in following a 30-plus-hour manhunt.
He has been charged with one count of aggravated murder, one count of felony discharge of a firearm, two counts of obstruction of justice, two counts of witness tampering, three counts of victim targeting enhancement, and one count of violence committed in the presence of a child.
Utah state prosecutors are seeking the death penalty, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 2026.
Charlie was a close ally of Donald Trump, with the president crediting him for helping swing young voters towards the Republican Party with the creation of Turning Point USA.
Charlie and Erika met in 2018 at a Turning Point USA event and married in 2021 in a small ceremony in Arizona. Their marriage was what they called an "Ephesians 5" marriage, a nod to the Bible verse that calls on women to submit to their husbands and for men to love and cherish their wives as Christ loved the church.
Erika, 36, was crowned Miss Arizona USA in 2012, and studied Political Science and International Relations at Arizona State University before obtaining a Juris Master's degree from the conservative Christian college Liberty University in 2017. Erika completed a Doctorate in Christian Leadership in 2022.
Yet despite Erika's own educational accomplisments, and the decision to step into the role of CEO of Turning Point USA, both Charlie and Erika encouraged women to attend college for the sole purpose of a "M-R-S degree," slang for finding a husband.
Two months before he was killed, Charlie told a 14-year-old who was interested in political journalism: "Interestingly, I think there’s an argument to bring back the 'M-R-S degree'. And just be clear, that’s why you’re going to college, right? Don’t lie to yourself, like, 'I’m going, I’m studying sociology.’ No you’re not, we know why you’re here. And that’s OK, actually! That’s a really good reason to go to college, actually.”
