Elliot Page left fans doing a double take after unveiling his remarkably toned physique in a series of shirtless boxing photos.
The Juno star, 39, took to Instagram this week to share a glimpse inside his latest training session, proudly showing off his defined six-pack and sculpted muscles as he posed inside the boxing ring.
The Oscar nominee also shared an energetic video of himself sparring with his trainer, demonstrating impressive speed, agility and technique as he threw combinations around the ring.
'An essential part of my life'
Alongside the photos, Elliot paid tribute to his coach, Nolan, explaining just how much boxing has come to mean to him.
"I've been incredibly fortunate to train with @coachnol," he wrote.
"He's a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport."
He continued: "Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life. If you're in NYC and looking, I can't recommend him highly enough. Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am."
Fans react to Elliot's transformation
Followers quickly flooded the comments section with praise for the actor's incredible physique.
"You could wash laundry on those abs!" one fan joked. Another wrote: "Ripped. Torn. Shredded!!! LFG! You look amazing dude!"
A third added: "Elliot is so incredibly shredded."
A life-changing milestone
The shirtless photos also revealed the scars from Elliot's top surgery, which he has previously described as completely life-changing.
In his first major interview after coming out as transgender and non-binary in December 2020, Elliot told TIME that undergoing top surgery had "completely transformed" his life and helped him finally feel comfortable in his own body after years of struggling with gender dysphoria.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey in 2021, the actor became emotional while describing the impact the procedure had on his daily life.
"Getting out of the shower and the towel's around your waist and you're looking at yourself in the mirror and you're just like, 'There I am,'" he said.
"And I'm not having the moment where I'm panicked... It's being able to touch my chest."
Elliot has also spoken about the importance of sharing his experience publicly, particularly as access to transgender healthcare continues to be widely debated.
Finding happiness
Away from the gym, Elliot has previously opened up about how transitioning transformed other parts of his life, including dating.
Speaking to the Los Angeles Times in 2023, he revealed he was enjoying relationships more than ever before.
"It's the most fun I've ever had dating," he said.
"Interacting with people feels so much easier and more connected, because I'm not feeling lost in myself and not seen in the right way."
Elliot is currently in a relationship with actress Julia Shiplett, his first public relationship since transitioning.
Back on the big screen
Professionally, Elliot is preparing for one of his biggest projects yet. The actor is set to reunite with director Christopher Nolan in The Odyssey, having previously worked together on Inception. The highly anticipated epic also stars Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Zendaya, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Charlize Theron and Lupita Nyong'o, with the film expected to be released in 2026.
