In many of the photos, Dylan posed with her boys, including many snaps by the beach and the pool. In one particular photo, Dylan was flanked by her sons, wearing a patterned red bikini that displayed her washboard abs.

"Hate to leave paradise on my birthday but it's time to get back to reality," she captioned her photoset. "Another year, another amazing annual family vacation! I'm so blessed to share wonderful memories with some of my favorite people!"

Fans inundated the comments section with birthday wishes as well, including: "Happy birthday, Dylan!! looks like you had a lovely time with family. You got to enjoy your birthday with Cal almost as tall as you," and: "Happy birthday Dylan!! Awesome family! You look stunning in that two-piece!" plus: "Happy Birthday Dylan! Love your family vacation pics. Your boys are so handsome!"

Dylan and Brian, an NBC cinematographer and producer, were together for nearly 13 years when the former shared the news of the couple's decision to split on July 18, 2025. She revealed that they'd already been separated for a few months leading up to that point. Eventually, Dylan and her sons moved out of their longtime NYC apartment for a larger home outside the city.

"For us, we even talked to the kids about it," the mom-of-three told Jenna Bush Hager when guest co-hosting TODAY's Fourth Hour last year. "I asked Calvin, 'What do you think a family is?'"

"And he said, 'It's a group of people that love each other.' And I said, 'That's what we are, and we will always be that for you. But Mommy and Daddy work better as friends than as husband and wife.'"

She continued: "So now we've reframed our relationship. We're no longer husband and wife. And all those things that were broken — I don't hold them against (him). Because we've accepted they're broken. That's why we separated. Now let's move forward as friends."

"And I'm not mad at those other things that I was getting mad at before, because just like a friend you give them a little more grace when you're not married to it. And I can be a better friend than a wife."
