Nicole Kidman's daughter, Sunday Rose, took to social media to reflect on her latest career achievement. The rising model recalled watching the Vogue World Runway with her mom and wishing to be on it – a dream that came true just two years later.
"I came to Paris with my mom two years ago and I remember hearing Vogue World had just happened that day. I went back and streamed it in my hotel room on YouTube and looked at all the beautiful women walking and the music and performance. It dawned on me when I was in Milan that I actually was walking it this year. My 16-year-old self would have cried (my 18 year old self did too). What a lucky girl I am to be blessed with these experiences and people," Sunday penned on Instagram.
The 18-year-old graced the Vogue World 2026 during Milan Fashion Week in September. Sunday looked ethereal in a semi-sheer white gown that featured a scooped neckline with bell sleeves and a flowing silhouette. The garment was adorned with delicate floral embroidery.
The front parts of Sunday's brunette locks were swept back out of her face and her makeup oozed glam, courtesy of a silver shimmery eye and a glossy lip.
It's proving to be a busy spring/summer 2027 runway season for Sunday, who also made her runway debut for both Max Mara and Marni.
For Marni, she modeled a gray fur coat that was layered over a black high-neck top and a yellow gingham mini skirt. The look was completed with camel-hued suede boots and a butter-yellow handbag.
Meanwhile, for the Max Mara show, Sunday wore a charcoal-hued tailored set that consisted of an oversized blazer with large lapels and a pair of matching high-waisted pants. The set was layered over a cropped black bra.
Sunday was also busy in New York, having returned to the runway for Coach. She modeled a black top with gray tailored pants, and the ensemble was layered with a black leather trench coat that boasted textured, wool sleeves. The monochromatic ensemble was styled with an oversized leather handbag in a burnt orange hue.
Nicole Kidman's advice to daughter
In her cover interview for Vogue's November issue, Nicole shared the advice she offers her daughters who are growing up in the spotlight. "Literally walk away from it," said Nicole when asked about hate, judgement, and online excoriation. "Because it will fell you. It will destroy you." She continued: "It’s very frightening for me. [But] I started working at 14, so I don’t really have a leg to stand on."
The teen previously opened up to Nylon about her mom's guidance on her career. "There are two big rules," she said. "The first was that I couldn't explore any kind of fashion work until I was 16. And the second is that school always has to come first, which at first I hated, but I am actually really glad that I have these rules in place because it keeps me in a good mindset."
