Rihanna appears to have delivered a very pointed response after Magic Johnson's child EJ Johnson complained about allegedly having to wait for the superstar at Paris Fashion Week.
The 38-year-old singer was among the A-list guests at Dior's Spring/Summer 2027 show on September 29, joining stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Anya Taylor-Joy and Cynthia Erivo on the front row.
But according to EJ, 34, Rihanna’s arrival came considerably later than expected – and allegedly pushed back the start of the entire show.
Sharing a recap from the event on social media, EJ praised Dior's presentation before making a less-than-subtle reference to the 'Diamonds' singer.
"We just left the Dior show. Getting out of there was crazy, but the show itself was beautiful," EJ said.
They then claimed the presentation had started "an hour late because Rihanna was late", before adding: "We didn't care to wait for her."
Rihanna did not directly address EJ's allegation, but fans quickly spotted what appeared to be a particularly cutting response from the mom-of-three days later.
A separate video surfaced online showing EJ outside a Paris hotel surrounded by photographers before apparently being prevented from immediately entering the building by security.
Rihanna subsequently appeared in the comments section with just one word: "Damn."
The timing of the comment immediately caught attention online, with many interpreting it as Rihanna's response to EJ's earlier remarks about her Fashion Week arrival.
Neither Rihanna nor EJ has publicly elaborated further on the apparent exchange.
EJ, the child of NBA icon Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie Johnson, first rose to prominence as a cast member on E!'s Rich Kids of Beverly Hills before going on to front their own reality series, EJNYC.
They have since become a regular fixture on the fashion scene, attending major runway shows and red-carpet events around the world.
Rihanna, meanwhile, has long enjoyed a close relationship with Dior and made a typically glamorous entrance at the label's latest Paris presentation.
The Fenty founder opted for a sophisticated all-black look, wearing a flowing black dress beneath an oversized coat as she joined the star-studded crowd.
Her Dior appearance formed part of a packed Paris Fashion Week schedule, which also saw her attend the Matières Fécales Spring 2027 show.
