Kate Hudson just proved that she's mastered the lowest squat hold – and it's all down to her impressive flexibility.

The actress took to Instagram to share a video montage that showed off her rounded fitness regime. One clip captured Kate mid squat in her bathroom while her hair styled straightened her luscious blonde locks. The star wore a black vest with mini gym shorts and a pair of black sneakers. Kate held her arms out for balance as she concentrated on holding the position.

Another clip showed the actress riding her electric bike in her neighbourhood while wearing a mint-green colored helmet and black sunglasses.

"I’m so excited to share my new partnership with @healthycell I’ve always believed that taking care of ourselves starts with the choices we make every day," Kate penned in the caption.

Kate has been open in the past about how she doesn't agree with dieting as it "puts so much pressure on people to lose weight quickly". "Getting healthy is not a two-week process, it’s a change of life-style," she shared.

The actress trains with Brian Nguyenm with the workout routine focused on strength exercises. "One day, I tuned in and I was like ... I don’t feel strong, I feel long and I love my Pilates but as I get older... am I doing enough (strength) exercises?," she told Today.

Kate ensures she prioritizes movement to maintain her toned figure. She combines outdoor activities, such as bike riding, with low impact exercises like yoga alongside cardio and weight resistance.

"I need to be moving to feel good," she told People in August last year. "Even just making time for a little movement every day – going for a walk, doing a few minutes on the treadmill, some Pilates, or if I have more time for it, I love hot yoga."

She continued: "I really enjoy sweating it out, and it helps me clear my mind. It’s not just about trying to look good physically, it’s important to get oxygen to my brain and feel like my blood is really circulating. I love skiing, walking, hiking and especially riding my bike. It makes me feel like a kid again!."
