Zac Efron's younger brother, Dylan Efron, looked better than ever as he showcased his muscular physique while training for the upcoming New York City Marathon.
The 34-year-old rocked black running shorts and a matching black tank top as he ran through the streets of NYC alongside the Oroweat Running Sandwich in the "Get That Bread" campaign.
Fans couldn't get enough of Dylan's look, with one writing on Instagram: "Looking good out there," while another declared him a "stud".
Dylan will compete in the race on November 1 alongside a slew of other famous faces, including actress Jennifer Connelly, Queer Eye's Antoni Porowski, and singer Joshua Bassett. 60,000 runners are expected to take on the 26.2-mile course that winds through the five boroughs of New York City.
Dylan Efron's wellness routine revealed
The Celebrity Traitors star has always been health-conscious and maintains his muscular figure by doing frequent workouts and living a healthy lifestyle.
"For me, it's really 50/50 nutrition and physical activity. Every day, I'm trying to get some sort of physical activity, whether that's playing a sport or an hour or two at the gym. That's one of the most important things to me," he told HELLO! in June.
"I'm trying to eat as much protein as I can. It's a mix of diet, nutrition, and working out, and it leaves me balanced. I'm never going to be the strongest person ever, but I'm going to be ready for anything. That's where I want to be."
Dylan added that he made sure to take his supplements every day, including multivitamins, probiotics and zinc.
Inside Dylan Efron's blended family
The TV personality is ultra-competitive in all aspects of his life, including during his time on Dancing With the Stars in 2025. He shared with HELLO! that his time on the popular series was made even more special by having his younger sister, Olivia, visit him on set.
"It's so special," he said. "When Olivia looks at me, you can just feel the love, and that's really meaningful to feel. And it goes back to her too." Dylan added that Olivia's confidence had blossomed during his tenure on DWTS. "I remember right before Dancing with the Stars, she wouldn't even hold a mic at one of her piano recitals. She was afraid to announce her name, and her mom had to walk around and announce her before she'd play," he recalled.
"Now she is the most confident girl in the world. I'm like, 'All right, settle down, we've got another Zac on our hands.' She's so confident now, and I think it's so special to be a small part of that journey of her finding her voice."
Zac and Dylan are the eldest sons of David Efron and Starla Baskett, who were married for decades before they divorced in 2016. Their dad then welcomed two more children, Olivia and Henry, with his new wife, completing their loving, blended family.
