Katie Price and Peter Andre will face each other in court this week – and there are rows and revelations expected.
Aussie singer Pete is suing his ex-wife for slander and libel over claims he had a relationship with his manager Claire Powell.
His decision stems from Katie's appearance on Graham Norton's show in October of last year.
When asked if her ex was in a new relationship, she replied: "Apparently that was the nanny…Or his manager Claire."
She then went on to make further insinuations in a magazine interview, saying: "The trouble is, before, I felt married to two people – Pete and our management.
"And it was like Pete was married to two women, Claire and me, and it just suffocated me.
"If I'm going to blame anyone for the end of my relationship with Pete, I'd have to lay some of the blame with Claire."
Both Pete and Katie are set to take the stand in court, and they are understood to have each lined up witnesses and family members to testify on their behalf, including Claire.
The case will start on Thursday and is expected to carry on for a week.
"'Katie thinks the case is a waste of time. But Peter's sick and tired of having to worry over what she's going to say about him next," a source told the News of the World.
"There'll be a lot of revelations about the end of their marriage."
