The Duchess of Kent's son and his wife are celebrating the arrival of their second son.
The baby was born at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital on Tuesday - an auspicious day for his deeply Catholic parents, as it was the feast day of the Virgin Mary.
Lord Nicholas Windsor and wife Paola, who married at the Vatican in 2006, are already parents to two-year-old Albert Louis Philip Edward Windsor.
Their new little bundle of joy, who is so far unnamed, will be 26th in line to the throne but only until he is baptised. Upon becoming a Catholic he will forfeit his royal succession as his father did when he converted.
