Carla Bruni-Sarkozy becomes a glam grandmother
French president Nicolas Sarkozy and his wife Carla have become grandparents for the first time.
The pair have welcomed the arrival of a baby boy for the politician's son Jean, 23, and his wife Jessica (pictured) – making her a grandmother at just 42 and her husband a granddad at 54.
Jean is the president's second son from his marriage to Marie-Dominique Culioli.
He married his childhood sweetheart – Miss Sebaoun-Darty, who is the heiress to the Darty electrical store empire – in September 2008.
Mr Sarkozy is also a father to an elder son Pierre, 25, and a 12-year-old boy from his marriage to Cecilia Attias.
