Oscar winner Sandra Bullock will make her first appearance in public since separating from her husband Jesse James at the MTV Movie Awards.
The 45-year-old will be given an MTV Generation Award at the event, to be held in LA on June 6.
The honour is for her "diverse contributions to the film industry... over the last two decades".
Earlier this week Jesse spoke publicly about the break-up, saying cheating on his wife had made him feel "horrible".
