Heidi Klum and her husband-to-be Seal are expecting their first child together. The German supermodel has confirmed pregnancy rumours by revealing she is to become a mother for the second time.
The happy news comes just three months after Seal, whose real name is Sealhenry Samuel, popped the question on a romantic Christmas break. And although the pair are yet to set a date for their wedding, they obviously consider themselves a family already.
Formula One boss Flavio Briatore is the biological father of Heidi's 11-month-old daughter Leni, but on her website the 30-year-old refers to "our second child". The statement is also signed "the Samuel family", in a clear reference to her fiancé's surname.
"Heidi, Seal and especially Leni, are proud to tell you that we recently found out that we are expecting our second child," it reads. "There is nothing that gives us greater happiness than the realisation of our dream. Thanks to all of you that have been sending us happy thoughts. Love, the Samuel family." |
