26 MARCH 2004
The Greek royal family has announced they're expecting a brand new addition this autumn.

Prince Pavlos, 36, and his wife Marie-Chantal will be welcoming their fourth child in September. The couple already are parents to Maria-Olympia, seven, Constantine Alexios, five, and three-year-old Achileas Andreas.

News of a new baby on the way will hardly come as a surprise as Pavlos and Marie-Chantal have made no secret of their desire to have a large brood. “Children are adorable,” the crown prince said in 2001. “My wife and I think our role as parents is so important. We have always dreamt of having a big family.”

The little bundle of joy will be the sixth grandchild for Greece's former monarch, ex-King Constantine, and his wife Queen Anne-Marie.
