Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have a reason to celebrate this weekend as their eldest daughter, Sienna, marks her fifth birthday.
Born on 18 September 2021, Sienna has very rarely been photographed, with protective parents Beatrice and Edoardo opting not to share images of their daughter's face on social media.
Given their preference to keep their family life out of the spotlight, especially following Beatrice's father Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's exile from Royal Lodge and arrest earlier this year, it's likely that they will privately mark the milestone this weekend.

Although where she studies remains under wraps for privacy and security reasons, Edoardo did hint that the family leave behind their Cotswolds home and base themselves in London for part of the year in order for his kids to go to school.
In an interview with The Times, he admitted that he "walks his youngest to school from their grace-and-favour apartment in St James’s Palace and then proceeds to his design studio on the King’s Road".

Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi was born on 18 September 2021 at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, but Beatrice and Edoardo enjoyed their baby bubble privately before formally announcing her birth on 1 October.
An official statement from Buckingham Palace read: "The baby weighs 6 pounds and 2 ounces.

"Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well, and the couple are looking forward to introducing their daughter to her big brother Christopher Woolf."

"This week, a friend said to me the sweetest saying… that with every child you grow a whole new heart. A massive thank you to the Midwife and the amazing team at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital."
He occasionally marks family birthdays with gushing social media tributes. On Sienna's second birthday, for example, he wrote: "Happy Birthday Baby Girl. You bring us so much love and joy every day."
