Christmas is coming early for Eddie Redmayne; the handsome British star is reportedly getting married this week. Eddie and his fiancée Hannah Bagshawe will tie the knot in a romantic winter wonderland ceremony at Babington House in Somerset on Monday, the Sun reports.
The couple are said to have called in a special effects team to help create the perfect setting for their big day. "We like the hymn In The Bleak Midwinter and want an excuse to sing that at the wedding," Eddie told the newspaper.
Just last month, Eddie revealed the couple were "in the midst" of planning their nuptials, and confirmed it would be a winter wedding.
He also spoke of his excitement at tying the knot. "I'm desperate. I'm jumping at the bit," he told E! News. "I can't wait to be married."
Grade II listed Babington House has hosted a number of celebrity weddings over the years, including Zoe Ball and Fatboy Slim, James Corden and Julia Carey, and, most recently, Millie Mackintosh and Professor Green.
Eddie and Hannah, both 32, got engaged in May after a two-year romance. They announced the news with a formal notice in The Times newspaper.
"Mr E.J.D Redmayne and Miss H.J.Bagshawe. The engagement is announced between Edward, son of Mr and Mrs Richard Redmayne of London, and Hannah, daughter of Mr Nicholas Bagshawe and Mrs Caryl Bagshawe, both of London," it read.
News of the couple's wedding comes days after Eddie received a Best Actor Golden Globe nomination for his role playing Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
