He is the latest addition to the Fast and Furious franchise, and in a new interview Scott Eastwood has revealed that Paul Walker's presence was still very much felt on the set. The 31-year-old explained how filming the upcoming movie has been very poignant, especially since he was good friends with the late star, who died in a horrific car crash in 2013. "On some days I would feel his presence there and suddenly I'd be on the verge of tears. There were moments when I just felt completely overwhelmed by missing him," Scott told Men's Health.

It was announced last year that Scott would appear in the next Fast and Furious film. "Now I can't say too much, but I get to play a new character who operates under Kurt Russell in the movie, which is incredible, because Kurt was a total childhood hero of mine growing up. Very much looking forward to learning a thing or two from such an original and cool guy." He continued: "Paul was a close friend of mine. We surfed together, we travelled together, and he was a huge role model and influencing figure in my life when I was younger. He still is. He was an older brother to me. For me to be able to add to the F&F story, Paul's story, and the FAST family is like a dream come true."
