What has Clara said about who she's dating?

It seems like the 36-year-old doesn't have a special someone in her life at the moment, but it sounds as though she's open to love – if she meets the right person.

In a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, the former CBBC presenter revealed that she is ''entertaining conversations'' that could potentially lead to a relationship.

Who has the star called the "love of her life"?

In an interview with The Sun last year, Clara was asked about the love of her life, and sweetly said her mum Gracie – bless!

She went on to joke: "She’s a big deal on Instagram with over 10,000 followers. People care about her more than me."

What has Clara said about her "boyfriend" and having children?

Five years ago, when she took over as the host of the mid-morning show, the star told the tabloid that her career was her "boyfriend".

Asked if she wanted to have children, Clara said: "I don’t know. I don’t have a guy and that’s OK. My career is my boyfriend, I’m happy having fun and being 'Cool Auntie Clara' to my nieces and nephews."

Clara previously described her career as her 'boyfriend'

She went on: "It’s interesting how people don’t ask male presenters how they cope with childcare."

One man she is hoping to impress…

In week one, Clara danced a Cha Cha to Don't Start Now by Dua Lipa, earning a respectable score of 18.

But to her fans' dismay, long-time judge Craig Revel Horwood called her performance "stompy," and only awarded her a five out of ten.

Clara took it all in her stride, however, reflecting a couple of days later on her radio show: "I did say I wouldn't have the full Strictly experience if I didn't have criticism from Craig... and I got what I asked for."

And she certainly made up for it last week, topping the leaderboard with 29, including a nine from Craig - impressive!
