Paul Hollywood has been part of The Great British Bake Off family since the show first started airing in 2010, and fans are used to his devilish charms.
Whether it's with his piercing blue eyes or his silver fox cropped hairstyle with matching beard, it's hard to imagine the judge with any other style. However, back in his youth, he used to sport long locks.
On Tuesday, the star shared a photo from his youth, and he could have been mistaken for fellow Bake Off star Noel Fielding; in response to a fan, he even joked that Noel was "channelling" him.
Paul's dark hair cascaded down all the way to his shoulders as he posed against a brick wall covered with ivy.
He captioned his photo: "Pictures mid-long hair obviously with cat too!!"
Fans loved the candid throwback, as one enthused: "For a moment you looked just like my brother!" while a second added: "Blue eyes and a cat? Fine, you win this round," and a third shared: "Amazing, finally seeing what you looked like in art school!"
Paul's dramatic transformations
Although it's impossible to imagine Paul looking any different, the 60-year-old stunned fans when he shared a photo of himself without his iconic beard.
Back in 2022, the baker shared a throwback snap to his younger days without his well-groomed facial hair. In the caption, he penned: "Brother has just sent me this from 92/93 I think, no beard!!"
In the comments section, fans couldn't help but point out how well the TV star has aged. One person penned: "You're like wine. You get better as you age," while another added: "You were good looking then and even more good looking now!"
Speaking about the show that turned him into a household name, Paul previously told Time: "The bakers are the stars of the show, and they tend to lead how things progress. The format is pretty rigid. I suppose I'm the guardian of Bake Off. I don't like change generally. So I like to keep things the way they should be.
"Everybody knows about the feeling of Bake Off. And as soon as they step into the tent, they just adapt immediately. Bake Off is set in stone. So whichever host comes in just brings their little twist. And this year Alison and Noel [Fielding] were fantastic, and it was a really good laugh."
