Holly Willoughby  really established herself as a power player on Instagram in 2017, amassing a huge number of new followers and generating millions of likes with her posts. Among her most popular updates were her highly-anticipated 'outfit of the day' images, which helped the star attract almost 23 million likes in 2017 - compared to the seven million she received in 2016. Holly's most popular post in the past 12 months was an image showcasing her Pride of Britain Awards outfit, taken back in October. The mum-of-three stepped out for the event in an amazing lilac haute couture gown by Georges Hobeikas, which she teamed with matching lilac statement earrings by Kim Kardashian's favourite jeweller Lorraine Schwartz. The stunning snapshot received at eye-watering 342,000 likes.

Coming in at a close second was Holly's now infamous shot of the sparkly rainbow dress she wore for her appearance on the Jonathan Ross show in September. The striking dress was by Ashish and highlighted the beautiful Celebrity Juice panellist's weight loss. The colourful sequin stripes dazzled in the light, and Holly further enhanced the snap with the popular app 'Kira Kira' which picked up the sequins and reallly made them sparkle.

It's clear to see that the This Morning host's most well-received pictures are her fashion posts. Holly uploads photos of her outfits on a daily basis, with fans hurrying to get their hands on the items as soon as she posts them. Holly, 36, is styled by her to-go to stylist and good friend Angie Smith, who has also worked with stars including Rochelle Humes, Christine Lampard and Amanda Holden.
