On Friday morning, the Prince and Princess of Wales arrived in Belfast. The royal couple spent the day meeting organisations and young people working together to create pathways to employment, stability, belonging and opportunity for those at risk of homelessness.
Catherine seemingly took a leaf out of the late Queen Elizabeth II's style book, donning a colour associated with the Emerald Isle. The late monarch often incorporated national emblems or colours into her outfits, paying tribute to the country she was visiting.
Catherine chose an elegant green tartan pleated skirt by royally-adored brand Emilia Wickstead. Catherine's gorgeous forest green coat dress by Catherine Walker revealed a hidden, statement skirt underneath. The skirt featured a bold tartan print in quintessentially festive shades of red and green, but the pièce de résistance was the addition of tiny crystals to add a touch of Christmas sparkle.
