Love Island viewers think they've spotted a secret romantic connection between two unlikely contestants following Monday night's episode.

The show's latest instalment saw the return of its popular segment, Snog, Marry, Pie, where each islander chooses which contestants they would like to kiss, marry and splat in the face with a cream pie - and viewers think there may be something more to Paige Thorne and Dami Hope's friendship.

Viewers only got to watch the girls take their turns in Monday's episode, with the boys' choices due to be aired in Tuesday's instalment.
When it was Paige's turn to play the game, she chose to kiss Adam Collard, marry Dami and pie Luca Bish.
Explaining why she decided to kiss Dami, Paige said: "I chose to marry Dami because he's my absolute best friend and we just have the best time together."

Viewers took to Twitter to comment on their friendship, suggesting that there may be an attraction between them.
Snog, Marry, Pie returned on Monday night
One person wrote: "Why do I feel like ultimately Dami and Paige will be together in the final," while another added: "Dami has a crush on Paige. He would jump ship immediately if she showed interest."
A third viewer commented: "I reckon Dami actually wants/fancies Paige," while another suggested Dami is "secretly in love" with the Welsh paramedic.
Other viewers pointed out that while Paige believes Dami to be her best friend, he was one of the boys that encouraged Jacques O'Neill to get to know other girls in Casa Amor.

One person tweeted: "Paige your 'best friend' is the reason Jacques broke your heart," while another added: "Paige saying Dami is her best friend when he was literally egging Jacques to betray his loyalty to her."
A third viewer noticed the unimpressed look on Indiyah Polack's face when Paige proposed to Dami, writing: "INDIYAH finally clocking how WEIRD Dami and Paige's friendship is has me dead," while another added: "Indiyah definitely doesn't like Paige and Dami's friendship."
