NCIS shares epic new trailer for three-way crossover - and fans are saying the same thing

NCIS has shared an epic new trailer for the upcoming three-way crossover event - and fans are all saying the same thing!

The sneak peek was shared to the show's official social media platforms, giving fans a taste of what they can expect on 9 January. The caption read: "Brace yourselves for our BIGGEST crossover yet. The #NCISCrossover Event premieres Monday, January 9th for a three-show extravaganza all in one evening. Be there or be square."

Vanessa Lachey, who plays agent Jane Tennant, opened the video, telling fans: "Oh hello. Guess what? We are about to show you a sneak peek of the very first triple crossover. NCIS: Hawai'i, NCIS and NCIS: LA. Right now. Check it out." 

The trailer began with flashes of Jane Tennant and Sam Hanna tied to chairs before black masks are ripped off from over their faces. 

A mysterious woman can be seen saying: "You need to tell me everything if you want to survive."

The clip reveals that the agents are investigating the suspicious death of a beloved professor, with Gary Cole's Alden Parker adding: "We follow the evidence until we find the truth." 

LL Cool J's Sam Hanna can then be seen asking Jane: "I'm guessing you have a plan?" with her responding: "Take out the bad guys, pretty simple."

The crossover will air in January 

It's obvious that the stakes are high for the team in this investigation, with the trailer ending with a worrying admission from Sam, who says: "Whatever we've stepped into, it's big."

Taking to the comments section, fans couldn't help but share their excitement. One person wrote: "Can't wait!! Looks fantastic!" while another added: "This is the biggest thing on TV that I want to see. Ever!"

A third commented: "This is gonna be great!! Can't wait."

Other fans expressed their hopes for an appearance from agent Gibbs, with one person writing: "I hope Gibbs will be there," while another tweeted: "I just wish Gibbs and Hetty could be a part of this."

The NCIS crossover airs on CBS on 9 January at 8/7c.
