If you promised yourself that 2017 would be the year that you got fit and healthy but haven't quite managed it yet, all is not lost! Whether you're a frazzled mum who's been too busy to hit the gym or you get home after a long day in the office, just too tired to go out for a jog, there are no excuses not to join our #HELLOFIT plan, which requires just 30 minutes a day but promises impressive results, just in time for the festive season.

We've enlisted the help of celebrity trainer Jane Wake, who counts Pussycat Dolls star Kimberly Wyatt and Lorraine Kelly among her former clients, to create an effective and easy-to-follow plan that will leave you looking and feeling better in just four weeks – and you can do it all from the comfort of your own home, or wherever suits you.

Jane Wake combines HIIT and Pilates workouts for our #HELLOFIT plan

Jane combines two of the most scientifically proven and popular workouts of the moment – HIIT and Pilates – to create a plan that will transform your entire body, not only helping you to lose weight, but also lengthening and strengthening your figure at the same time, so you can expect to lose inches from your waist, hips and legs, and even drop a dress size.

The plan requires you to follow one of Jane's 30 minute workouts five days a week, and we'll be right there with you every step of the way, joining in with the classes which will be streamed live on our Facebook page. With no equipment needed it is the perfect plan to follow anywhere, at any time, whether it's in your living room, bedroom or even in your office during your lunch breaks.

Jane will also be sharing her top nutrition tips to help you see the best results, but you won't have to deprive yourself or cut out any food groups – simply eliminating snacking is the major factor that could help you transform your figure in just four weeks.

We'll be starting the plan with a half hour workout, streamed live on the HELLO! Facebook page at 7.30pm on Monday 20 November. So put the kids to bed, stick dinner in the oven and join us in your workout kit as we beam live into your living room.
