While his ex-wife Jenna Dewan has moved on to a modern Encino mansion following their split, Channing Tatum has made a more surprising real estate investment after buying a secluded mid-century farmhouse nestled within a 0.91 acre estate in Brentwood's Mandeville Canyon.
The Dog actor bought the $5.6million estate in May 2021, and listing photos have revealed it is worlds away from the Beverly Hills home he shared with his former wife. It features a rustic stone and wood exterior, exposed brick walls in the kitchen and living room, and an incredible garden with a lagoon-style swimming pool and sports court.
