Britney Spears showed off a surprising decoration inside her impressive $7.4 million estate in Thousand Oaks, California, where she lives with her husband Sam Asghari.

The Toxic singer has been sharing photos and videos inside the Italian-style villa since she purchased it in 2015, particularly when she hosted her wedding there in 2021. Complete with 13,300 square feet of space, five bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, 20 sprawling acres of private land, and an infinity pool with views over the Hollywood skyline, it offered the perfect spot for Britney and Sam to exchange vows in front of A-list guests including Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore and Madonna.

Instead of displaying loved-up photos of the couple on their wedding day, the 41-year-old added a framed picture of Princess Diana to her hallway.

As she danced in a pink mini dress, she revealed a hall with cream walls where a large mirror was positioned next to a photo of King Charles' first wife Diana, dressed in a bridal white dress and the Lover’s Knot pearl tiara.

The late royal borrowed the headpiece from Queen Elizabeth II on several special occasions, and her daughter-in-law Princess Kate has since been pictured wearing it.

Eagle-eyed fans on Twitter spotted the Diana tribute in Britney's video and wrote: "She looks amazing! Princess Di back there inspiring her," and: "The fact that Britney Spears has a portrait of Princess Diana in her house ICONIC."

"I love this color on @britneyspears and seeing Princess Diana on her wall just made my night! Queens supporting Queens!" wrote a third, and a fourth commented: "The Princess Diana photo on the wall…love her."

An archway in the background of the clip lead to a study area, where a desk and chair were positioned in front of a floor-to-ceiling window and a leather armchair offered a more relaxed place to do work calls or admin. A rail of clothes was also positioned to the right-hand side of the space, which may double as a dressing room.
