While Faith Hill may be out of the spotlight now, that doesn't stop fans from reminiscing on her nearly three decade long career. Or her husband!

Tim McGraw took to his Instagram page on Monday, June 29 to share an adorable throwback to gush over his wife, 58. For the past few years, Faith is seemingly no longer on social media.

"This is one of my all time favorite songs and videos of my beautiful wife," the fellow country superstar, 59, captioned his clip, an excerpt from Faith's 1998 top 40 hit "Let Me Let Go."

The song was released as the third single from her 1998 studio album Faith, her third album overall and her first to be released after her marriage to Tim. The track, a vulnerable country ballad about moving on from a failed relationship, even featured background vocals from bluegrass legend Vince Gill, and was nominated for a Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.

What's more, this was also Faith's brief time with a pixie cut, sporting dirty blonde locks that went down her neck, styled short and chic (think Princess Diana or Natasha Richardson).

And fans who had forgotten about pixie-era Faith were reminded of the iconic style too, leaving comments on Tim's post like: "I always loved Faith's pixie haircut, I tried to emulate it, but she wore it the best ever," and: "I love her short hair! I forgot how much I loved this song!"

Many others clamored for a return to the spotlight for the "Breathe" singer, with more comments like: "Give her all our love and tell her we wanna see her back on insta!" and: "Gosh we sure do need a new Faith album. Just amazing…," as well as: "We miss Faith."

Faith brought the pixie back in the 2010s too, and speaking with Redbook during that era, she explained what her philosophy on beauty and style really is. "Beauty for me has a lot to do with happiness and a certain confidence deep inside. People can see both of those things on your face."

"As I get older, I'm learning much more about how to better take care of myself and the things that do and don't work for me," she continued. "I know this probably sounds so elementary, but I was a late bloomer in this department."

"I have a routine now that I've been able to see results from. I feel like I'm putting in this new effort to take care of myself, and I can see the benefits from it. And I don't have to be all decked out to feel that way."

While Tim has continued releasing music and touring (dropping two new singles just earlier this June), Faith has stepped away from the spotlight. She also hasn't released any new music since her 2017 album with her husband, The Rest of Our Life.

However, she did show up to support Tim in March during his induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, where he sweetly thanked his family for their support throughout his life and career.

"I wouldn't be standing here today if it weren't for great women in my life," he told the crowd. "From my grandmother to my mom, my sisters, my daughters, and most of all, to my wife. Thank you, baby. I would not be standing here today if it wasn't for you, nor would I want to be."
