Khloé Kardashian just shared a rare family update. The Good American founder posted a series of photos to social media, proving she's the "best mommy" in the Kardashian clan.
Khloé, 42, shares two kids, True, eight, and Tatum, four, with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The proud mom shared a series of selfies with her kids smiling in front of her luxurious home in Hidden Hills.
The Khloé in Wonder Land podcast host wore an animal print head scarf, while Tatum wore pink animal ears. Friends and fans of the family flooded the comments to share their thoughts on Khloé's mothering.
Lauren Sánchez Bezos, whose Italian wedding Khloé attended in 2025, wrote a simple red heart on the post, while Vanessa Bryant added several heart eye emojis. One fan commented: "You're the best mommy Koko we love you." Another wrote: "This is so sweet. You can really feel how much love there is in your family." And one more added: "You're not just a cool mom, you're a hot mom too."
Khloé's road to motherhood
Khloé always wanted to be a mom. Before she and Tristan welcomed True in 2018, the reality TV star's journey to motherhood wasn't easy. Khloé was married to former NBA player Lamar Odom from 2009 to 2016. And during the season nine finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloé admitted she "fake-tried" to get pregnant with him.
"I was married, but I knew the circumstances weren't the healthiest so I just kept pretending I was doing it," she revealed, adding: "I had to stop [my fertility treatments] because there was much deeper stuff that was happening in our marriage."
After her divorce from Lamar, Khloé was still steadfast in her goal to become a mom. Her sister Kim Kardashian took her to a fertility specialist to explore the possibility of Khloé becoming her surrogate. She learned there that she had fewer follicles in her uterus for a woman of her age.
"Shut the [expletive] up," Khloé responded to the news, which was filmed for KUWTK. "This is definitely not all how I thought this appointment was going to go. What if I can't get pregnant?"
Of course, Khloé did get pregnant with True and soon after welcomed her son Tatum via a surrogate.
Inside Khloé's decision to use a surrogate
Before Khloé chose to use a surrogate for her second child, she watched Kim use a surrogate for her children Chicago and Psalm. "Kim said hers was easy. This is not easy," Khloé explained about her difficult surrogacy decision during the season three premiere of The Kardashians.
"I think when I went to the hospital, I think that was the first time that it really registered," Khloé shared, before adding that her difficult emotions had "nothing to do with the baby. It's just, you're like, 'OK, we're having a baby!' And this is my son and I'm taking him home with me."
She went on: "I definitely was in a state of shock from my entire experience in general. I felt really guilty that this woman just had my baby and then I take the baby and I go to another room and you’re just sort of separated. I felt it's such a transactional experience… I wish someone was honest about surrogacy and the difference of it. But it doesn't mean it's bad or good. It's just different."
