Kelly Ripais proof that hard work pays off!
The star makes no secret of the fact she puts everything into her daily workouts — and the latest photo of her will have fans reaching for her trainer, Anna Kaiser's number.
Anna posted a clip of her celebrity client ringing out her top after an intense exercise session. Kelly wore spandex workout gear consisting of a tiny pair of shorts and a sports bra.
Her six-pack was on full display and appeared more prominent than ever.
Kelly Ripa's workout secrets
Kelly has been working with Anna for 16 years and the celebrity trainer sat down with HELLO! to disclose the secrets behind the Live! host's ultra-fit physique.
"She usually works out six days a week," Anna said, confessing that despite Kelly's hectic work and family life, she always makes time for fitness. "Even when she travels, she'll do the workouts virtually if she needs to. Everyone knows that is her hour, morning or evening, she gets 45 minutes in and that is her time."
She added: "Even if she's had no sleep, she still shows up. If she's exhausted, she still shows up and then we decide how and what we do that day."
Kelly's diet might surprise you
While there's no denying Kelly looks after her body which means fueling it with a balanced diet, she's not against a cheat day.
"She has a healthy diet but she loves dessert," Anna revealed. "I say to her that it is really important to have a balance, but when you go on vacation you want to enjoy different cuisines.
"Kelly knows this more than anyone, the more you tell yourself not to do something, the more you're gonna want to do it. So allow yourself to enjoy food as part of life."
Kelly even confessed to fans that she very occassionally indulges in fast food!
For Mother's Day, her youngest son, Joaquin, suggested they have something they haven't eaten "in years,"... Mcdonalds.
"I had a Big Mac and large fries," Kelly quipped on Live!. "It was so fun! I was like, 'This is crazy!'"
Why Kelly and Mark quit alcohol
In 2017, both Kelly and her husband, Mark Consuelos, decided to give up alcohol.
Their sober journey started when Kelly took a month off with her friends.
"I just never went back to it," she later said. “It wasn’t even really a thought process. It felt great, I felt like I looked great, I felt like I didn’t feel hungover."
Kelly added to Parade: "Not that we were sitting around drinking day and night, but I think that there is something about like clean living — maybe that's what did it. Maybe that's the difference."
