My girl's death made me change, says Mike Tyson

Boxing champion Mike Tyson has told how losing his daughter Exodus made him turn his life around.

Speaking to chat show queen Ellen DeGeneres, he said her death in May 2009 after an accident led him to seek treatment for drug addiction.

The four-year-old had been playing on an exercise machine at home when she got her neck tangled in a cable.

Mike's transformation began as she lay on a life support system in hospital.

"Once I got there and saw other people who had children who already died or were dying, they were handling it with dignity.

"I didn't want to be the psycho parent".

Now a vegan and clean since then, he praised the great support system that helped in the process.
