Susan Boyle celebrates chart success with new sofa
She's topped the charts on both sides of the Atlantic. But don't expect Susan Boyle to be blowing the £5 million she's expected to make from I Dreamed A Dream on diamonds or fancy clothes.
The Scottish singer has celebrated her chart success by splashing out on a new fridge and sofa.
And she also hopes to be able to buy her council house in West Lothian (pictured).
"I don't have any other big ambitions. I have bought some new furniture," says the 48-year-old.
"You've got to keep your house looking nice, haven't you?"
Susan adds she will use future earnings to help other people.
