Robbie Williams to debut new single on The X Factor

It's the moment all Robbie fans have been waiting for. The chance to see the cheeky chap return to the music scene.

The former Take That star is making his musical comeback with a live performance on ITV talent show, The X Factor.

The 35-year-old has agreed to sing songs from his latest album on the first of the live finals early next month.

And it seems its not just fans that are excited by the appearance.

''I'm a huge fan of The X Factor," Robbie says. "Of course I'll be watching every week, just like everyone else.''

After nearly three years away from the charts, Robbie will release his new album, Reality Killed The Video Star, on November 9.
