Crazy In Love singer Beyonce led the roster of stars stepping out for VH1's "Big In 2003" awards in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Chart-topper Beyonce, who landed the biggest entertainer of the year gong, joined celebrities such as Shania Twain, Kid Rock, actress Katie Holmes and heiress Nicky Hilton at the glam event.
The tongue-in-cheek awards ceremony is a non-traditional look back at the past year in entertainment, with categories such as Biggest Gay Hero, Biggest Guiltiest Pleasure and The Big One Liner. The latter was one by Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, who, along with the country music trio, was widely boycotted in the US after making remarks criticising American President George Bush during a London concert.
TV viewers can catch the full ceremony when it is aired in a two-hour special on cable channel VH1 in the UK on December 5.
