Denise Van Outen’s former flame Jay Kay seems to be getting over his painful split from the Big Breakfast star, as he’s been seen making the rounds with supermodel Heidi Klum. The Jamiroquai front man has made no secret of his belief that Heidi is “bloody gorgeous”, and the attractive pair has been spotted together everywhere from Brit Awards after parties to trendy London restaurants.
Heidi, who calls Jay Kay “a little fraggle”, says she loved appearing in his hit band’s latest music video, Love Foolosphy. And though there’s no confirmation the relationship has gone beyond the flirting stage – Jay’s agent says the music star is “young, carefree and single” – the Little L singer has admitted: “There’s chemistry.”
And while Jay and Heidi’s budding friendship has sparked rumours of romance, ex-girlfriend Denise has an admirer of her own: Lord Lloyd Webber, who says he’s writing a musical for the woman he calls “one of this country’s best talents”. Just days before Denise’s Broadway debut in Chicago, the theatre impressario has revealed: “I’m going to write something very special for her.”
The work will be a contemporary musical, based on more than a dozen pop songs Lord Lloyd Webber recently wrote for an album. Says the millionaire impresario: “I haven’t been this excited in ages.”
