In a video posted on Sunday, the stunning Brazilian beauty is seen cycling through a breathtaking tropical landscape, enjoying the sunshine and scenery.
The 42-year-old attended the Beach Polo World Cup in Florida just the day before.
Gisele began her caption by acknowledging the trials everyone faces in life. She wrote: "Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow."
She went on to remind her followers that "nothing is permanent," encouraging them to appreciate the good moments and learn from the bad ones, as "every day is a gift!" The multilingual supermodel also repeated her caption in Portuguese, her first language among the five she speaks.
Sporting a casual beach look, Gisele donned vintage-style denim shorts, an off-white tank top, and light nude sandals, with her blonde locks flowing effortlessly down her back.

The author of Lessons: My Path To A Meaningful Life shared this uplifting moment approximately six months after she and Brady publicly announced their decision to end their 13-year marriage.
In a heartfelt social media post, Gisele expressed her gratitude for their time together, prioritizing their children and committing to continued co-parenting.
Tom, 45, also released a statement on their amicable separation and shared their mutual plan to prioritize their children. Reportedly, the former couple reached an agreement on property, child custody, and support without any drama.
Gisele and Tom began dating in 2006 and quickly became one of the most iconic celebrity power couples.
They tied the knot in 2009 and welcomed two children, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10.
Tom, often hailed as the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) in NFL history, also has a 15-year-old son, John, from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
