Cat Deeley is seriously helping us beat the autumn/winter blues.
The British presenter, 50, was a vision on Monday when she shared a series of snaps from her glamorous half-term holiday away with her two sons, Milo, ten, and James, eight.
In the snaps, the This Morning presenter relaxed back on a cosy outdoor sofa in a high-waisted bikini set in black, which featured a strapless top.
Her iconic blonde tresses were styled with natural waves, and her glam was obscured by a pair of oversized sunglasses.
In another picture, Cat slipped into a burnt orange dress from Reiss and light brown Hermes sandals.
Happy and healthy family and friends …Kind and funny boys…. The view from ‘The Fifth Floor is fabulous," Cat penned in the caption.
"Enjoy every minute. You deserve it!" one fan penned. A second added: "Looks perfect, enjoy," alongside a heart eyes emoji. Meanwhile, a third penned: "Have a lovely time away, Cat."
Changing times
Cat's trip away comes one year after her split from her husband of 12 years, Patrick Kielty.
The pair shared a joint message with PA, which read: "We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved. We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected. There will be no further comment."
Amid the obvious changes, earlier this month, Cat told HELLO! that her nanny's son will be moving into their family home.
"There is no way I could cope without my amazing and incredible nanny," she says. "We're a team, and my life would be physically impossible without her.
"I'm a huge believer in women supporting women, and our nanny's teenage son is soon going to move in with us so he can go to college; we help each other out," Cat reveals.
Cat added her nanny allows her to "take stock of the day" before work, with her morning routine following a strict structure.
"I get up at 5 am so I can have a casual potter around the house, chill and give myself headspace and read the news before work," Cat says of her daily routine. "This Morning really works for me; it's the perfect job for me right now, because I can be home in time for school pick-up and homework.
"I'm a strict parent," Cat says with a wicked smile. "Screens have to be earned, and they're not allowed on devices after dinner at 6:30 pm."
