Amal Clooney is a green goddess at screening with husband George

Amal Clooney was the picture of chic as she accompanied husband George on a night out in New York on Tuesday. The human rights' lawyer wore a green suede dress from the Versace Autumn/Winter 2015 collection.The asymmetric, pleated frock showed off Amal's slender physique. She paired the designer number with caged green and black stilettos.

The couple were attending a screening of O Brother, Where Art Thou?, the film that George Clooney won a Golden Globe for back in 2001.George starred alongside John Turturro and Tim Blake Nelson, who were also spotted at the screening.George and Amal recently celebrated their one year anniversary, having tied the knot on 27 September of last year.

The lawyer rocked the Versace number

"We sure are having fun," George, 54, told People, a few days after his first wedding anniversary. "We had a beautiful anniversary, and we're having fun. "As for what the Ocean's Eleven star learnt as a newlywed, George added: "That's a good question, but I can't officially tell you any of those things because that would be wrong, and [Amal] would be upset that I told anyone what I've learned. "The couple marked their first year together with a special dinner, but on the actual day itself, George attended a memorial service in LA for the late Jerry Weintraub, the producer behind The Karate Kid and Ocean's Eleven among other films.

Last year George and Amal married in a wedding covered by HELLO! magazine, in conjunction with People. The ceremony took place at the luxury Aman Canal Grande hotel, and had family and friends from over 30 countries in attendance.

Amal wore an exquisite custom-made, French lace Oscar de la Renta gown that was embroidered with pearls and diamanté accents and featured a gorgeous lace overlay and off-the-shoulder sleeves. "My verdict on being Mr and Mrs Clooney? It feels pretty damn great," George told HELLO! after the ceremony.
