After 15 years in the business Dutch lingerie designer Marlies Dekkers - who counts Nelly Furtado, Kylie Minogue and Christina Aguilera among her fans - has presented at Paris Fashion Week for the very first time. And a host of famous faces were in the front row as she sent her new collection down the runway as the shows kicked off on Sunday.

Among them were R&B star Usher, Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland and her band mate Beyonce's younger sister Solange Knowles.

French Marks & Spencer model Noemie Lenoir brought star power to the show itself, taking a turn on the catwalk for the designer, who also stepped out to showcase her elaborate work.

Marlies - who received a Creator of the Year award from Paris' mayor at the beginning of the year - helped open the week of shows, along with local fashion house Nina Ricci, where actress and model Milla Jovovich, her husband Paul Anderson and Moloko singer Roisin Murphy were font row.
