Gwen Stefani had a major Barbir moment on the set of The Voice this week, as the crew begins work in the upcoming season.

The singer rocked a hot pink sparkling dress with bold clashing tights and latex ankle boots. She accessorized with bright red lipstick and her bleach blonde hair was tied up in a high knot bun.

The outfit was caught on camera by crew members as she posed with husband and fellow show mentor Blake Shelton, John Legend, newcomer Camila Cabelo and show host Carson Daly who was celebrating his birthday.
"Thank you to my @nbcthevoice family for celebrating my birthday & @blakeshelton’s yesterday at work," Carson captioned the series of pictures.

Gwen Stefani rocked the bold look
Gwen is known for her fabulous style, and stole the show at the AFI Lifetime Achievement Awards earlier in June. The Voice coach joined her husband Blake at the Hollywood event honoring Julie Andrews, and looked exceptional in an elaborate gown that featured a multi-layered, ruffled skirt and regal train.
Gwen's skirt was certainly the focal point of her outfit and featured a subtle tie-dye design as it flowed from white to yellow to varying shades of green.
She kept the rest of her look simple, teaming the skirt with a low-cut, white sleeveless top and accessorized with a dainty silver necklace.

Her platinum blonde locks were pulled into a chic updo and she opted against her signature bold red lip, instead favoring a mauve shade and subtle smokey eye.
Blake let his wife shine on the red carpet and kept his look simple in a pair of dark denim jeans, a white shirt, a black waistcoat and matching tie, and a dark gray blazer.
