As the winter chill sets in across the UK, Cat Deeley provided the ultimate dose of escapism by sharing a glimpse into an idyllic, sun-soaked getaway. Showing off her summer wardrobe, the 50-year-old posed on a sun lounger and soaked in a hot tub with breathtaking views in a series of photos shared on her Instagram.
"Last days of summer. Cool rays of autumn and misty mornings incoming," she wrote, before crediting the brands she was wearing. The first was a vibrant terracotta bikini that offset her golden tan and highlighted her toned abs as she leaned against an olive tree.
Created in collaboration with Sienna Miller and M&S back in 2024, the £39 two-piece has now sold out, but its timeless style makes it a perfect holiday staple for Cat.
The This Morning star had several more swimsuit moments in her latest post, modelling a black strapless bikini with a gold O-ring alongside Anine Bing oversized sunglasses, and channelling the ultimate beach babe in a white Mint Velvet U-bar swimsuit with her blonde hair styled in mermaid waves.
Cat Deeley's recent milestone
Cat's glowing holiday display comes shortly after she marked her milestone 50th birthday, an occasion she approached with complete self-assurance.
"I'm not big on birthdays. Age isn't important to me in any way, shape or form," she told HELLO!, adding that she feels better in midlife than when she started her TV career at 18. "I used to arrive at the studio before everyone else so nobody would see me without makeup on. Now I feel luminous in my body. I definitely feel more comfortable in my own skin."
This Morning star on relocating
While the presenter is thriving in London, soaking up the heat on holiday offered a welcome reminder of the lifestyle she left behind.
Cat, who shares sons Milo and James with her ex Patrick Kielty, confessed that she struggled to leave the sunshine behind when she relocated from California to London in 2020.
Speaking about the motivation for her move, she said: "There's such a small window when your parents are well, and your kids want to spend time with family, and I didn't want to miss out.
"I loved my life in LA. I miss the sunshine, I miss having a horse and spending evenings on the beach," she added.
