Bradley Walsh took to social media on Thursday to share some hugely exciting news regarding his TV show, Bradley Walsh and Son: Breaking Dad, the series has been nominated for a TV choice award!

Bradley's series Breaking Dad is up for an award!
The show saw The Chase presenter and his son Barney travel to the USA as they embarked on a daring road trip, starting at the southernmost point of the country – Florida Keys. The ITV series first aired in 2019, with the second airing earlier this year and has been hugely popular with viewers, so it's little wonder that the programme has been put up for a nomination.

Posting a video on his Instagram, and showing off his fresh new haircut in the process, Bradley explained to his followers his delight at the news. "Good morning Instas, long time no speak. Hope you're all safe and well I really do. Apologies I haven't been on Instagram for such a long while, it's just that, do you know something, seriously, I keep forgetting - I think it's aged me," he began.
Bradley and Barney's show proved popular with fans
"But the good news is we've been nominated. Breaking Dad has been nominated for a TV Choice Award, we've made the shortlist! And we've made the shortlist because I'm only 5 foot 6. However, it would be great if you could vote. I've spoken to Barney and he's shown me how to do it, I've put a link to TV Choice Awards on my bio page, whatever that means. It's all there on the bio. Link to bio? Degradable? I don't know. Anyway it's all there. Breaking Dad, make us winners, god bless you all stay safe."
The actor and presenter's followers flooded the comments underneath expressing their praise and vowed to vote for the show. One person wrote: "Already voted Bradders! Best programme we've watched in years!" While another simply wrote: "Great program!!" Many took the opportunity to question the TV star about the possibility of a series three. "I'll vote if you promise to do a third series absolutely love it," wrote one fan, with another adding: "Looking good Brad. I enjoyed Breaking Dad hope there will be another series."
