Known for its wacky performances, questionable lyrics and the annual prayer that the UK scores at least two points, the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 Grand Final takes place on 16 May at the Wiener Stadthalle in Vienna.
Eurovision, in my eyes, is a pop culture phenomenon and a fashion runway, having been the starting point for legendary bands such as ABBA, Måneskin and Bucks Fizz. Below, I've put together a series of 10 facts about Eurovision, both past and present. Grab your sequins, neon outfits and microphone and take centre stage to guess which ones are true or false... (hoping you score more than "nil points")!
